Full Appraisal - Single Family Residential / Condominium Unit

Appraisals in this category range from non-complex, FHA non-complex, more complex, or very complex depending on the square footage of the property. To ensure you receive the best service, larger properties (more than 3,500 square feet) require a custom quote. Drive-By Appraisals

These summary appraisals, are exterior inspections of a property and typically are used for documenting comparable listings as required by mortgage lenders. A drive-by appraisal establishes an estimated value and is used primarily for informational purposes rather than determining a property's specific appraised value. Pricing for these appraisals varies based upon the size of the property.

  • Exterior only (up to 3,500 sq. ft.) — $250
  • Exterior only (3,501 to 4,000 sq. ft.) —$375
  • Very complex(more than 4,001 sq. ft.) — BY QUOTE

Multi-Family Appraisals (2-4 Units)

Appraisals for multi-family properties can be extremely complicated and require a great amount of accuracy and precision. Current market value has to be heavily researched as it can fluctuate within a short period of time due to inflation. Also, because multi-family units are larger properties, the market fluctuation can seem a lot more significant. Because of these factors we make sure to take our time and carefully complete these types of appraisals.

  • 2 units — $600
  • 3 units — $650
  • 4 units — $700
